The La Famia Management Institute redefines and empowers the family at the community level.

La Famia Family Education is directed at individuals who would like to be a volunteer or a potential employee of the La Famia Foundation, or people who simply want to upgrade their skills at home.

Our family focused education is designed to train participants as Family Managers so they can work with families to enhance their day to day functioning and support them when issues or challenges arise.

Specific Training is available to qualified Family Managers

La Famia encourages compassionate and skilled people within the community who have a desire to assist families to train as Family Managers. Experienced adults, grandparents, trades-people and anyone who can combine their existing talents with the Family Manager training program can contribute to the welfare of the family and community in general.

Qualifying as a Family Manager is not necessarily a guarantee of employment.

*A Police Clearance is required by all participants.
