La Famia Foundation Donations

We are always in need of financial assistance towards family services and greatly appreciate all donations and corporate sponsorships. Your generosity and your support enables us to continue our radio programming and the provision of family services within the New Zealand community.

Refund Policy

Charitable gifts:

As La Famia Foundation NZ (La Famia) is a New Zealand registered charity, all monetary gifts provided and acknowledged with a printed receipt can be utilized for a tax write off based upon your local tax regulations. All charitable gifts of this nature are non-refundable. 

Products purchased:

From time to time La Famia may offer products and services to be purchased with all proceeds utilized for charitable purposes.  If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, La Famia will offer you an exchange voucher or refund provided that: 1.You return the item within 28 days of purchase. 2. You produce your original internet receipt at the time you return the item. 3. It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition. 4. In the case of computer games, CD's and DVDs the original security seal or shrink wrap is intact.
